What is your return policy for home decor and stationery?
We accept returns on unused and unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that personalized items and final sale products cannot be returned or exchanged.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders typically process within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery usually takes 5-7 business days, though expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the order.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, we can only accommodate cancellations or changes within one hour of the order being placed.
Are your paper products sustainably sourced?
We are committed to quality and sustainability. The majority of our stationery and paper goods are printed on FSC-certified paper stocks containing recycled content.
What should I do if my items arrive damaged?
We take great care in packaging your orders, but if an item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can issue a replacement.
